Horizontal Autoclave LHA-I12 is a PLC system controlled fully automatic horizontal vacuum sterilizer, offers 120 L capacity with 150°C design temperature and 0.26 MPa of design pressure. With built-in high quality water ring pump and internal circulation structure, features automatic process of pulsation, temperature rise, sterilization and drying. Designed with SUS304 stainless steel chamber, touch screen display and multiple protective devices, has unique pulsating vacuum procedure for drying. Equipped with anti-dry burning device and fault alarm system, has cycle counting function and beep prompts along with a micro-printer for whole process data recording.

Labtron Vertical autoclaves are manufactured keeping in mind the client’s requirements in research laboratories, hospitals & clinics and food & beverage sectors. These units are equipped with dual scale numerical pressure gauge to indicate temperature and pressure of the system.
Horizontal autoclaves manufactured by us are designed with two pressure gauges to indicate inner and interlayer pressure with interlock device for safety. These units are composed of corrosion resistant stainless steel and equipped with silicon rubber to prevent steam leakage.
We offer Medical autoclave with user-friendly features which will not only sterilize the medical tools but can also be used for sterilizing medical waste prior to disposal with respect to the standards of municipal solid waste management.
