It runs at 120 rpm and the hand wheel can be lifted with one hand for precise glassware positioning. The one-of-a-kind 3 L bath design heats up quickly, allowing for faster experiments. Bath heats up to 180°C and adds versatility by allowing the use of either water or oil. It is intended to be simple to use while maintaining the highest level of safety. With the introduction of the pilot freeze dryers, we have established the connecting factor between a typical bench-top freeze dryer used in laboratories and the industrial large scale freeze dryers.
The TLFD is the largest freeze dryer with all the features and advantages of our smaller freeze dryers, but on a production scale, enabling large scale, controllable freeze drying of bulk samples in a single cycle.
